the reverse curve of time

Brian arrived about 8am. Nate jumped up and greeted. him. Then Coop got up and I got up and Oceanna got up. Nice talking to Brian. He has funny stories and is a sweet man. He and Coop and Nate have been close friends since R2AK in 2016. Brian’s sons are very fond of Coop and Nate too.

It rained on and off which was fine for this day. Nice slow day. We had time to chill. Got dishes washed and cleaned up and typed some notes. Later in the afternoon Oceanna, Coop, Brian and Nate went in search of waterfall water and returned with fresh dug clams. They are soaking in the sea water in net bag so they can clean themselves.

Fun evening of Settlers of Catan. Brian is a natural at this game and it will surprise his kids that he is so good at it. Nate and I were a team so Nate could make Tortizzas. Pizzas made with tortillas. They are delicious. Nate got distracted with trying to get the cabin LED lights to work. He has had some pretty tough back pain from doing too much. Coop took over the Tortizza making.

After dinner it was another game of Settlers of Catan. Brian won the game tonight and we were all tucked in by midnight.

Tomorrow is my birthday ad we’ll be looking at a chart to plan where we want to go next.
